View/Update Account & Payment Details

Account Information

  1. Go to our home page here: America's Test Kitchen Home
  2. Click "Log In" in the top right. Please note when logged in you will see person icon where the "Log In" button is.
  3. After logging in, click the person icon in the upper right corner and select "My Account". From there you will see your membership details.

If you purchased your membership through a third party such as Apple or Google Play app stores, you can find your subscriptions by following the instructions below.

Apple

  1.  Open the settings app.
  2. Click the top bar. It should have your name underneath and say this "Apple ID, iCloud+, Media & Purchases".
  3. Click "Subscriptions". On the following page you will see all the inactive and active subscriptions via the Apple app store. 

Google

  1. Open the Google Play app.
  2. At the top right, click the profile icon.
  3. Click "Payments & subscriptions", then "Subscriptions". On the following page you will see all the inactive and active subscriptions via the Google Play app store.  

 

Payment Method

Updating a Credit Card on File

  1. Log in to your membership account.
  2. Click on the circle with the person icon located in the upper right corner of the screen.
  3. Under Your Digital Subscriptions select "Update Payment".
  4. You will then be able to update or change your credit card details.

*Please note updates to credit cards on file may take up to 15 minutes to process. 

 

Updating Alternative Payment Methods (PayPal, Apple Pay)

If your membership is billed through an alternative service like Apple Pay or PayPal, you will need to update your card information directly with that service.

We do not have access to the credit card details stored with these third-party payment providers, so any changes must be made on their platform.

 

Switching from an Alternative Payment Method to a Credit Card

If you are currently using an alternative payment method (like PayPal or Apple Pay) and would like to remove it and replace it with a direct credit card, please contact customer support for assistance via chat, email at cooks@americastestkitchen.com, or via phone at 1-800-526-8442.

 

Important Payment Note

Please note that we cannot add an alternative payment method (such as Apple Pay or PayPal) to your account after the initial account creation. These options are only available during the initial sign-up process.
