- Sometimes your browser can be the issue, as it will log you out as you explore our site. To make sure this doesn't happen you can enable cookies so that your browser can remember your log-in info as you switch between pages. As long as you make sure ALL cookies are always accepted, you should have no trouble staying logged in. It also helps to make sure your browser is fully updated and your history is cleared.
Free Members
- As a free account on our platform you have the ability to access a number of free recipes/articles/reviews every month. Once you use all of the free views you will need to sign up for a paid digital membership to access content.
Memberships purchased via the Apple/Google Play app store
- Please delete the app and reinstall it. This should bring you to the most current version.
- If you are receiving a membership choice page in the app when signing into your paid membership please try clicking "restore purchases".
