Why can’t I login?

Please note when logged in you will see your initials or a circle where the "Log In" button is. If you are receiving an. "Invalid Credentials" error please make sure you are entering the correct username and password. Your username your email address. If you are running a spam blocking software, make sure to add confirm@orders.americastestkitchen.com and news@americastestkitchen.com to your list of allowed senders so emails including the password reset link don’t end up in your spam folder.

Additional Troubleshooting

  • Our usernames and passwords are case sensitive. Make sure you’re entering your email and password the same way you did when you set up the account.
  • If you are using auto-fill, try entering your credentials manually.
  • If you have antivirus or firewall software, make sure that we are listed as a “safe site.”
  • If you are receiving a membership choice page in the app when signing into your paid membership please try clicking "restore purchases".

Amazon Login

  • If you're looking to login with Amazon please contact us at accessibility@americastestkitchen.com. Please note if you did not purchase your online subscription directly from Amazon you need to login with the email address and password you put in when signing up for an online subscription.
