- Make sure your browser is up to date and clear your browser's cookies and cache.
- Make sure you are accepting all cookies from our website.
- Please attempt in a separate browser(Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc) or in an incognito window.
If the above steps aren't working you can also try resetting your browser to default settings. Please note resetting your browser will remove all of your settings (for example, saved passwords, history, your home page, and saved website-handling information).

- Delete the app and reinstall it. This should bring you to the most current version.
- To use our app you need be connected to wifi or use cellular data. Please make sure you are allowing our app to use your data when not connected to wifi.
