Our usernames and passwords are case sensitive. Make sure you’re entering your email and password the same way you did when you set up the account.
Make sure there are no spaces before your email address or password.
If your device automatically fills in your username and password, try erasing this information from the login screen and entering your information manually.
If you have antivirus or firewall software, make sure that we are listed as a “safe site.”
If you are receiving a membership choice page in the app when signing into your paid membership please try clicking "restore purchases".
