I'm unable to log into the app

  • Our usernames and passwords are case sensitive. Make sure you’re entering your email and password the same way you did when you set up the account.
  • Make sure there are no spaces before your email address or password.
  • If your device automatically fills in your username and password, try erasing this information from the login screen and entering your information manually.
  • If you have antivirus or firewall software, make sure that we are listed as a “safe site.”
  • If you are receiving a membership choice page in the app when signing into your paid membership please try clicking "restore purchases".
  • Make sure you have cookies enabled.
