A Class can be paused or stopped at any point.
In the app, you can use the “X” icon in the top left corner of the screen to exit to your dashboard. You can also click on another tab in the bottom banner menu to exit the Classes tab.
In the browser, scroll to the top of the screen and use the back arrow above the section title, next to the course name in smaller print. After exiting the Class section, you can click the back arrow in the same place where it says “Classes”, above the Class title.
